THE ROLE
As Online Production Coordinator at TOPMAN.COM you will be report to the Production Manager and will work closely with the Trade team to merchandise the website. We’re looking for an organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working for a leading high street brand.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Management/Trafficking
• Manage, traffic and oversee the workload of 2 production assistants
• Hold 1-1’s and manage the holiday calendar
• Manage work-flow between Production and Capita, our 3rd party who manage the go live of product and content
• Train new Production members of staff on all Arcadia systems, producing user guides
• Manage the sales catalogue and all associated tasks
• Implement new processes for the team
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet daily deadlines
• Point of contact for trade, buyers & merchandisers, and the photography studio
• Work with Production Manager to assign team responsibilities and set key objectives
Site Maintenance
• Oversee all production tasks and ensure the site is displaying the correct information. Includes but not limited to: Promotions set up, content upload and checklist, tactical message execution, and bundle management
• Daily proof check of the website and manage team site check weekly
• Oversee customer journey of sales catalogue, ensuring the best customer experience possible
• Work closely with digital systems team to make any changes required or resolve any bugs
• Investigate and raise any bugs which arise within our Systems (Inc. promotion set up, merchandising tools and CMS), working closely with Group Digital and our IT teams
MUST HAVES
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and maintain focus
• Ability to manage a small team through trafficking of workflow to meet deadlines
• Commercial awareness to prioritise workflow
• Ability to adapt and grow with an ever changing digital environment
• Good problem solving skills to overcome issues and propose solutions
• Can perform under pressure, operate in a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Works with others and is able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
• High attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and aptitude in Excel & Word
• Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results
• Passion for online industry, interest in fashion
• Previous CMS experience a must
