INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:
The Estée Lauder Companies’ Supply Chain summer internship program lasts 10-12 weeks and is based in New York City. The internship will consist of a meaningful business project and on-the-job mentorship from our Supply Chain management team.
As a Supply Chain intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to one of the following areas (subject to final confirmation): Supply Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement or Procurement Operations, Continuous Improvement, Global Brand Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Customer Service.
In addition, you will:
• Present to senior management at the end of the program
• Network with senior managers and peers
• Attend company presentations
• Be eligible for a full-time offer after your end-of-summer review
Qualifications
• Undergraduate students who are entering into their Senior year of college (Graduating in December 2018-June 2019)
• Good academic standing, GPA 3.2 or higher
• Major in Supply Chain Management or related subject
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Leadership and project management skills demonstrated through participation in extra-curricular activities or previous work experience
• Results oriented; ability to analyze and problem solve
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative and challenging environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
