Define and implement business process management in accordance with strategic direction across all global categories/ functions for the Business Unit Group Training. Achieve customer/consumer satisfaction as well as a positive brand image and corporate profitability with an efficient/commercial value approach.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage cross-functional alignment of Marketing and creation processes, incl management of BU milestones / Drive definition of roles & responsibilities and ownership for Marketing, Design and POPS functions
• Work with the project team for brand driven initiatives (e.g. One adidas/ PME) to identify projects that will contribute to realizing benefits and achieving outcomes
• Drive change management on defined Brand initiatives within the X-functional teams, BU and Creation Centers (e.g. Product Margin Enhancement)
• Facilitate & operationalize assigned projects within the BU / Creation Centers (CC) and functions (guide a project and transform into daily business routine)
• Pro-actively drive an efficient and consistent working relationship across horizontal and vertical brand and group functions environment, through regular communication and interaction.
• Drive milestone execution within the BU and process alignment across BUs/CCs
• Drive consistent calendar and process harmonization globally/ locally/cross-category/ cross-functionally including process/ system integration – while considering BUG Training specific category needs (e.g. innovation process integration; SPEED)
• Support integration and execution of Brand Leadership processes into BU and functions;
• Drive/ lead cross-functional projects as assigned/empowered by Line Management (e.g. ONE adidas projects, Advanced Operations, X-BU alignment processes …etc)
• Support the development and maintenance of Performance Culture, foster x-functional collaboration within creation teams
• Create, manage and communicate end to end calendars for the BU; ensure availability
Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities
• Specialist in business and/or creation processes; “know how adidas works”
• Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Strong proactive service and solution driven mindset
• Strong cross-functional/ cross-brand mindset; team player with “can do attitude”
• Strong analytical, communication, change management and mediation skills
• Proven track records on wide areas of tools (e.g. Project planning, process mapping, enterprise solutions, Excel analytics, etc.)
• Solid presentation and storytelling skills
• Discipline in planning time management and organization skills
• Project management
• Language skills:
• English: fluent
• Another European language advantageous

Qualifications
1. University degree or equivalent education required (e.g. business admin, sports management à ideally focus on marketing, logistics or finance)
2. Minimum 4-6 years of industry related working experience.
