L’Oréal Belgilux is looking for a Digital Director
Your mission:
1. Manage and optimize digital media campaigns across Benelux market
• Manage digital media investments
• Media planning coordination
• Optimize digital media mix: display CPM/CPC, SEM/SEO, OLV, Affiliation, Social display, Content seeding, ...
• Reporting: Building dashboards (KPI’s) and statistical performance analysis & report
2. Analyze and develop new business opportunities
• Digital trade marketing : evaluate and develop projects with sales teams
• E-Business potentials identification
• E-retail strategy & internal follow-up
3. E-commerce
• Manage e-commerce websites
• Coordinate internal team (marketing, logistic, accounting, finance)
• Define & Manage E-commerce P&L
• ROI driven marketing & Brand awareness campaigns (SEO, SEA, display remarketing, newsletter remarketing, Affiliation, FB…)
• E-CRM
• Develop initiatives for Customer retention & acquisition strategy
• Define animation plan
• Improve shopping experience
• Build KPI’s Dashboard
• Auditing and optimizing shopping path
4. Selection & coordination agencies (media, creative & production agencies)
5. People coaching & supervision
Your Profile:
• 7 to 12 years’ experience in Ecommerce & Digital
• Previously managed a Ecommerce business and Digital Marketing for a brand (or in an agency that managed it long-term for a brand)
• Relevant experience across multiple Digital channels including search, social, email, display, video etc.
• Google Analytics Certified
• Good knowledge of SEO optimizations
• Sitecore& Demandware experience is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative personality
• Strong experience working with IT teams in digital platforms
• Stress resistant
