Summary
The Traffic Specialist, Global Category Marketing Operations will be responsible for day-to-day prioritization of jobs and creative requests, while monitoring and generating reports on the team’s operating capacity/workload. He/she will partner with various cross-functional teams to develop, improve and evolve the brief allocation processes that drives strategic execution within the Category Campaign Management team.
This position requires a dynamic individual who is a self-starter, action focused, pragmatic, confident and organized to keep the Category Campaign Management team on brand, on time & on budget. This person must have experience coordinating/trafficking multiple projects within the fast-paced marketing, advertising, design, and/or communications industry. Familiarity with global brands is a plus and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following; other duties may be assigned.
• Primary responsibilities of this role will include the ownership of the brief pipeline utilizing UA’s project management system (WorkFront) to manage daily workload prioritization, provide reporting, analytics and insights for the Campaign Marketing organization.
• Assist Campaign Managers during all phases of the go to market process.
• Brief Allocation & Pipeline Management:
• Review and filter project briefs submitted to evaluate business needs & objectives and if incomplete work with the requestor to provide relevant high level detail.
• Review and assess the creative requirements associated with each new project and independently determine scale of project and time allotment needed for successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental project management and traffic partners regarding schedules and workload prioritization.
• Oversee schedules and workload for projects and their respective deadlines while maintaining ability to be on Brand, on budget and on time.
• Track and report project progress, issues, risks to respective leads and independently determine whether visibility escalation is necessary.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for Global Marketing Leadership in order to provide visibility into business performance and potential issues.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree and/or 2+ years of creative management and/or account marketing experience within an agency or brand or category marketing organization.
Qualifications
• Direct work experience coordinating/trafficking multiple projects in the fast-paced marketing, advertising, design, and/or communications industry.
• Knowledge of practical aspects of project management.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Computer Skills
• MS Office; Microsoft Excel & Project
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Familiarity with Workfront Project Management software or similar – nice to have
