Summary:
We are looking for a digital expert to join our team as the Manager of Global Digital Platforms & Analytics within the Marketing Sciences team based in NYC. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Platforms & Analytics. This person will play a key role in managing Coty’s global platforms & reporting across the digital channels where Coty brands are active. As a global digital point of contact, this person will work very closely with the brand marketing, influencer marketing and consumer insights teams across all Coty brands globally. Clear communication and organization skills will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
• Help manage the digital analytics vendors & platforms; enabling accurate tool setup, tagging (where applicable) and user onboarding
• Manage global digital reporting for website, social media, email marketing and ratings & reviews and distribute to internal teams
• Educate the digital marketing teams and agencies on the importance of analytics, the tools that are available to them and how to use the tools (as needed)
• Help internal teams leverage social listening to evaluate campaign performance, identify &track influencers, monitor crises and competitors
• Utilize app analytics to measure impact on in-app and brand business objectives (select brands)
• Maintain ongoing communication with global points of contact on tool updates, adoption & trainings
• Maintain a pulse on brand updates, strategy & KPIs and communicate digital tools and capabilities to the teams in the context of their programs and initiatives
• Assist in design and implementation of marketing effectiveness studies including attribution and MMM
• Work with global and local media teams to ensure owned, earned and paid digital efforts are coordinated and reporting and analytics reflects all touchpoints and business objective

Desired Skills:
• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics; Beauty, CPG background a plus
• Experience using digital platforms (Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Cheetahmail, Bazaarvoice, Social Bakers)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office tools
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or other related field a plus
