Merchandiser, Omni-Channel Operations

Responsibilities:
The Merchandiser role is a crucial part of our eCommerce business. It’s the secret to engaging our shoppers and guiding them towards making a purchase. When it’s optimized, Lucky Brand shoppers are more likely to make a purchase as well as enjoy engaging with Lucky Brand. That means significantly increased conversions and higher AOV.
The Merchandiser does this by providing customer focused experiences, promotions, offers and merchandising solutions in the online Lucky Brand store. The merchandiser also ensures accurate, comprehensive and up to date product information throughout the experience.
DUTIES:
• Omni fulfillment troubleshooting.
• Assist with Omni-Channel promotional set-up and QA.
• Product activation and category merchandising.
• Execute site merchandising for markdowns
• Online shop creation and merchandising.
• Sample and PR seeding requests.
• Customer service management and customer relations collaborations.
• Manage catalogs/pages for the website utilizing ecommerce platform Salesforce
• Assist with auditing online products and help resolve issues with regards to pricing, content, merchandising, and imagery.
• Manage luckybrand.com daily web operations while applying common ecommerce fashion trends following web standards by overseeing promotions and site operations in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Skills/Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of ecommerce industry and technologies; ecommerce merchandising and business practice a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Multi-tasking, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to maintain and develop top-level, internal and external relationships
• Strategic thinker with an ability to translate strategy into actionable tactics.
• Positive attitude/team player.
• Able to adapt to a fast pace ever changing environment
