In Digital Supply Chain we are relentlessly rolling out our strategy to reach a more premium service level for our Nike.com consumers, an important enabler to facilitate the double digit growth.
At Nike.com we are building the future SC capabilities for Nike overall. The supply chain strategy is based on the ever changing demands of the consumer, creating agility to respond swiftly.
This role is responsible for elevating and sustaining digital consumer service performance, in partnership with the Digital Business and the European Logistics Centre (ELC) Team. A talented manager who leads a team of 7 and is a key member of the Digital Operations and DTC Supply chain leadership teams.
Key accountabilities
• Elevate and sustain digital consumer service performance to agreed targets in partnership with ELC and Consumer Digital technology (CDT) team with a sharp focus on key cities;
• Implement partnerships to fulfill bi-directionally, maximizing the consumer experience maintaining the aligned service targets;
• Focus on the consumer: Identify and implement enhancement opportunities within current capabilities to improve performance and consumer experience to drive retention;
• Scale for Growth: Build scalable operations & business processes, leveraging best practice (internal & external) to facilitate double digit growth;
• Capacity Planning: Continue to elevate and enhance the forecast & planning process to secure operational capacity for core business and events such as Launch & Flash sales;
• Connection to the business: Drive partnership with the Consumer services & Fraud teams to ensure insights are actioned holistically (e.g. WISMO, fraud levels);
• Maximize profitability and productivity through Lean Operations;
• Lead, coach and inspire the DTC Digital supply chain team, building digital supply chain functional talent and drive organization excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or likewise.
• At least 8 years relevant work experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Extensive supply chain operations experience in the digital or e-commerce business in FTW / APP industry in Europe is mandatory
• Experience in management and/or project management, consultancy is preferred
• Strategic thinking and vision creation competences are a must
• First class communication skills
• Influencing, leadership in a matrix organization
• Result driven, focus on problem solving
• Proven ability to lead, coach, drive & inspire team
