As the Head of North American Energy Marketing, your primary responsibility is to drive demand for Converse’s pinnacle products & build equity for the Converse Brand. You’ll be responsible for leading the go-to-market process regionally for our pinnacle product line, developing seasonal concepts & integrated plans, driving executional excellence and connecting with high level collaborators. A strong understanding of our global key cities, a pov on the latest cultural trends and the people that drive those trends is required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of work experience in advertising, media, journalism, digital platforms, consumer electronics, user experience design, and/or fashion and digital retail.
• Marketing execution experience in territory or region. Demonstrated ability to put content in front of consumers. Concrete experience managing complex projects and programs that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align cross functional teams and very demanding external partners stakeholders.
• High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically.
