Digital Consumer Marketing Coordinator – Travel Retail
Description
The Travel Retail Americas Digital Consumer Marketing team is looking for a Coordinator to manage and support the development, production, implementation, and measurement of key digital campaigns and initiatives. The Digital Consumer Marketing Coordinator will work together with the digital, marketing and sales teams to operationalize the Travel Retail Americas Digital strategy, develop and deploy digital and social media engagement activities, and provide retailers with online promotions and product information.
Responsibilities
• Support the Digital Manager and team in ensuring that digital campaigns are executed with excellence and on time.
• Prepare and edit reports and presentations, and support upcoming digital events such as Digital Training Breakfasts and education sessions.
• Support the aggregation and development of product content for partner websites, managing product assortment, traffic files with agency and performing QA when necessary.
• Organize and maintain an editorial Social Media calendar with Brand marketing teams, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication. Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure promotional and social media activities are live according to calendar.
• Monitor and track Travel Retail on Social Platforms, prepare reports, perform analysis (including preparing and documenting actionable insights) and share data as directed.
• Develop digital trends reports and perform competitive analysis investigations, keeping track of latest innovations and recent cutting edge launches in order to identify opportunities for ELC brands within Travel Retail.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Must be able to work with cross-functional teams and different personalities
• Results-driven attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and a professional demeanor
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage and drive multiple projects
• Familiarity with and interest in high-tech, social and digital trends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of web technologies and front-end/back-end development a plus
• Spanish as a second language a plus
