Overview
The Global Digital Analytics manager (Consultant) will be responsible for providing key insights and recommendations on Global Tiffany.com launches, including new products, campaigns, website features & functionalities, in addition to ongoing website optimizations support. The individual will need to be skilled in designing comprehensive measurement plans for website optimizations, and have the ability to take creative approaches to measuring the total business impact of Tiffany.com enhancements. This position reports to the Manager of Omnichannel Analytics and partners closely with Global Omnichannel, Digital, UX, IT and Global Marketing & eCommerce teams.
Responsibilities
• Establish KPIs & monitor performance impact of key customer experience improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to website
• Own monthly Global website performance reporting & insights, and support adhoc insights requests from Senior Leadership
• Influence on-site experience by presenting data driven insights and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams that will lead to significant revenue growth for the business
• Support Omnichannel team in competitive benchmarking & annual strategic planning analyses, as well as other ad-hoc analytics requests
• Help to define framework for enhancing Global Tiffany.com reporting & insights including integration of customer journey focused metrics & website features/functionalities usage
• Share analytical insights and play role of analytics expert in multiple settings
• Support leader in taking and translating analytics into business actions
• Opportunities to lead other strategic projects
Qualifications
• 5-7+ years of experience in analytical roles
• Bachelor’s Degree needed, Masters or MBA a plus
• Must have deep knowledge and comfort with Omniture & Google Analytics tools
• Strong ability to consolidate data inputs from different web analytics tools to bring forward cohesive insights and action plans
• Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations; need to be skilled in building consensus & soliciting buy-in to recommended changes
• Passion for using analytics to influence digital customer journey
• Logical and creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with advanced techniques such as attribution modeling and forecasting a plus, but not required
• Experience with tag manager preferred
