Mission
Coty is merging the Galleria and Coty legacy activities in a single Supply Network, in order to allow the 1-1-1 target (One Order – One Shipment – One Invoice)
A logistic program of projects has been defined in order to support this merge.
In North America, this program has been subdivided in 3 sub-programs or projects.
Core function is to support the project leader during for the transfer of products between actual DC and targeted DC.
He/she is accountable for the preparation of the move with the different DC’s, planning centers and business units, for the execution of the transfer, the startup of the deliveries to the customers from the target DC and the hyper care during 2 months after go live.
Functions
• Define the cut over date, and work with the planning centres, the business units in order to anticipate all the problems, and reduce the risk.
• Define transport capacity for the move
• Check the warehouse capacities with the planning, according the the safety stock increase request
• Execute the inventory transfer sequence
• Organise a weekly meeting to prepare the move, then increase the frequency of meetings up to daily meetings to monitor it.
• Keep KPI scorecard
• Track order portfolio and:
◦ Perform product customer allocation
◦ Return from new to old warehouse
◦ Serve customer orders from both warehouses

Knowledge / Abilities / Skills
Knowledge:
• Prefer 3 to 5 years of job experience in the use of Operations Management or Technical roles and techniques preferably in a high volume logistics company
• Experience with SAP, BI, ERP Systems and WMS knowledge preferred
• Supply Chain consulting experience a plus
Functional / Technical Skills:
• Technical expertise in warehousing & distribution and supply planning
• Strong analytical skills
• Presentation skills
Abilities:
• Ability to coordinate different functions to achieve outstanding results
Education Requirements:
• Advanced Technical Degree
