Summary
The Run Category Global Brand Manager, is responsible for all marketing related activity within Under Armour Running, worldwide. The ideal teammate in this role should be willing to obsess about at all things running & digital in order to craft rolling go-to-market strategies, Category positioning and consumer activation plans for Running at Under Armour. It is essential that the Global Brand Manager focus on growing the brand and driving sales by delivering consumer-focused product launches. The Global Brand Manager will inspire diversity of thought, curiosity and explore big ideas by working cross-functionally and ultimately build global integrated marketing plans that authentically connect with runners and achieve or exceed revenue goals.
What will you do?
• Be the voice the consumer & be a thought leader in communications, mobile & digital marketing
• Plans and executes integrated consumer marketing campaigns that build authenticity & credibility in running, drive consumer engagement & achieve / exceed sales goals, globally
• Authors all briefs (product, master, creative) to initiate and develop category-level support elements
• Partners with cross-functional marketing expertise groups related to the category, rallying, connecting and coordinating launches across key marketing partners
• Provides input on sports marketing briefs and activation for brand assets
• Strategically aligns with regional marketing leadership to ensure campaigns are regionally relevant, and ensures support elements for campaigns can be leveraged by regions
• Works within the category budget and reports return on investment to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Builds close partnerships with all cross functional teams (product, merchandising, sales, etc) and ensures relevant insights are cascaded to key stakeholders
• Collaborates with Consumer Insights team on collection of consumer trends, competitive insights, industry updates and sales reports and obsess over the runners life in and out of the sport
• Obsess the digital consumer journey across all digital touchpoints securing alignment across all teams

What have you accomplished already?
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented, consumer-driven company
• Build marketing strategies tied to a business plans (long and short-term)
• Strong Product Marketing
• Consumer and Business Analytics
• Prior experience leading globally relevant digital activations / campaigns
• Consumer Segmentation and Targeting
• Creative Process Briefing
• Budgeting, ROI Quantification
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously
• Internal client partnership-building with product teams
• Be globally curious in nature
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, to include: creative briefs, presentations (Power Point, Keynote, and verbal), great storytelling
• Previous experience at Sports Company or retail environment is a plus
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
