Account Executive - Jewelry

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an Account Executive in our Jewelry Division, located at our NY offices - reports to the Sales Director, drives brand growth & profitability through sales execution.
The jewelry division of Brooks Brothers Group, Inc. manages a portfolio of prestige brands which include Carolee, Alexis Bittar, Lauren, Chaps, ABS by Allen Schwartz and Trina Turk.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieve budgeted shipment and dilution goals, while achieving retails sales plans
• Analyze and review account's and company reports weekly for opportunities
• Create, manage and analyze weekly and monthly sales and shipment recaps
• Manage complete order process from inception to point of shipment. Communicate regularly with accounts to maintain client relationships.
• Monitor inventory assortments and adjust as necessary in response to business needs. Managing reorders, markdowns, margins, advertising and replenishment models are all aspects of the business.
• Strategize with team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and at the department level
• Create assortment plan and select product to support sales plan.
• Participate in quarterly Market meetings and sell product offerings to drive sales growth
Skills/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent analytical and computer skills
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
