NDE Porfolio Director - Asia Pacific and Latin America
Description
As the APLA-NDe Portfolio Director you will make decisions that shape Nike’s newest growth Geography (Asia Pacific, Latin America). You will collaborate with the Geo Team and partner with the Nike Direct Business Team to manage the APLA-NDe portfolio and drive strategies across Territories.
This role drives strategies aligned to the ‘Direct Consumer Offense’, prioritizes Nike Direct initiatives, and advocates through the NDe Global Portfolio Team.
You will manage and engage with Retail Business System Analysts in seven APLA Territories to plan and track the portfolio. Communicating through strategic visuals is critical to building commitments and consensus across the Nike Direct Roadmaps.
Candidates must have experience with budgeting, resource management, Nike's strategic life-cycle, program management, status reporting, stakeholder management, and have a knack for explaining complex concepts in simple terms. In addition to the hard-skills it's critical to have a stomach for ambiguity, a positive attitude, and an appreciation for other cultures.
This role requires building strategic roadmaps across seven territories with a goal of delivering Global Systems to APLA. The role may require some international travel (5%-10%).

Manage budgets and financial commitments throughout CSR/AOP/Budget/RTP
Provide leadership to Territory DTC-BSAs
Cover for APLA-NDe Leadership when they are absent
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years total experience with portfolio, strategic, or program management
• Proven ability to shape and drive strategic agendas, inclusive of strategic visioning, budget tracking, and
• high-profile communications (compelling, high impact storyteller)
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, provide stakeholder updates, and to connect with teams around the globe
• Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented
• Prior experience working with geo engagement and delivery a plus
