Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising - Too Faced
Description
This position will be based in the Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA. The Too Faced Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising will be part of a fun, collaborative work environment and will play an integral part in bringing Too Faced products to life. This position will lead the design, creation, and execution of quarterly seasonal updates for North America key channels of distribution. This candidate must be both creative and analytical, with a positive work ethic and a love for cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage fixture development timeline of US from assortment layout through retail installation. Ensure both internal and external clients meet timelines and budget.
• Lead overhaul development for key retailers, concept through execution. Ensure both internal and external clients meet timelines and budget.
• Develop Fiscal year Visual Merchandising budget for North America
• Concept and develop fixture proposals for seasonal launches.
• Review planograms, renderings, and designs with team and distribute feedback to appropriate vendors.
• Manage and mentor Visual Merchandising Specialist and provide coaching and support when necessary.
• Manage and archive organized, up-to-date VM records to be used by Sales teams and Management for review of assortments, costs, and design.
• Submit product comps and any other detailed information to vendors for set up and planning.
• Set up assortments on mock fixtures for internal approvals.
• Comfortable reviewing quotes, project bids, and costing related to seasonal launches.
• Review, amend, and approve installation instructions from fixture vendors.
• Manage internal and external print production timelines and graphics process for given channels of distribution.
• Partner with Corporate Sales Directors to ensure retailer collaboration and approval on seasonal planograms.
Qualifications
• 6+ years Corporate Visual Merchandising preferred.
• Must have intermediate to advanced experience working within Excel: managing timelines and cost sheets with formulas.
• Flexible to work on a PC or Mac platform.
• Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative.
• Creative, collaborative, and able to contribute ideas in merchandising, design, and fixture development.
• Exemplary organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and a positive attitude.
• Degree in Design, Merchandising or Marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) preferred.
• Must like dogs and have a good sense of humor.
