Purpose:
The world of influencer marketing is continuously evolving. This role will drive our influencer strategy and execution with a focus on building advocacy through micro-influencers. In partnership with global business units, global PR and social media teams we need to define the role influencers should play in both product and brand campaigns. Identifying and partnering with leading micro-influencer agencies. In addition, this role will drive and manage sports marketing operations and put in place the structure for us to be able to measure a return on investment from asset marketing.
Key Accountabilities:
• Identify, cultivate and solidify relationships with micro influencer agencies and organizations
• Build micro-influencer activation strategies based on objectives of business units and inputs from the newsroom
• Support BUs in executing influencer activations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with agencies
• Input on seeding strategy as it pertains to micro-influencers
• Drive and manage the implementation of asset and influencer marketing operations and process
• Drive and implement the measurement of sports marketing return on investment across assets, influencers, partnerships
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, both US and International
• Strong social media skills and business sense to drive online and offline influencer plans
• Ability to implement process with strong collaboration skills to work across multiple departments
• Experience and knowledge of the evolving micro-influencer industry
• Social media saavy
• Strong analytic thinking
• Multi-tasker who is flexible and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to problem solve and think on feet
• Individual contributor while also being Team player
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree required
2. Experience in day-to-day management of assets
3. 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Business or related field
4. Strong power point presentation skills
5. Strong oral and written communication skills
