Overview
Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Production team, including creation, distribution, routing, and tracking of materials related to the Invitation Library and other Marketing print collateral. This role requires an understanding of the creative development process and project management skills. An interest in the basic science of print production is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Field high volume of Creative Briefs and request forms from Global Marketing and Store Managers for evites, printed invitations, e-blasts and web postings.
• Route requests through internal Marketing departments including Copy, Creative, Proofreading and Studio. Routing is done both digitally (via email) and with hard copy job jackets.
• Generate RFQs for printed invitations and supporting PR Collateral. Obtain outside vendor quotes and release files to printer.
• Traffic requests for digital deliverables such as E-blasts and Web Postings through various departments.
• Support Marketing Production Managers on various print collateral projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in advertising, project management, marketing preferred.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to be flexible
Preferred Qualification:
• Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry.
