Coordinator, North America Trade Marketing – Bobbi Brown
Description
Support Trade and Marketing teams to execute programs on time across national and retailer planning. Manage timelines, program elements and specific retailer needs for Events, Retailer Meetings, Retailer Exclusives, Pricing, Collateral inventory and New Door opening process.
Retailer Exclusives:
• Point person for tracking all retailer exclusive programs including forecasts, sell-in, sell-thru and COG’s information
• Analyze product performance and recommend set-offering
• Collect and analyze all marketing support
• Works with Global Marketing/Product Development and Account Leads to present assortment to retailers for alignment, collecting all feedback Sku Performance and Pricing
• Analyze category/SKU performance and report on MOB trends, linking to inventory needs (WOS and needs during high-traffic periods such as gift and holiday)
• Develop analyses on cannibalization trends during regular and gift/holiday periods (e.g., sets)
• Work with global and product marketing to update pricing for new launches and seasonal updates
• Liaise with master data, Canada and legal to share all price changes with retail partners
Event Execution:
• Liaise with Event and Field teams to plan corporate and regional events
• Secure and track all support items
• Work with global and external vendors to secure and produce TOA’s and collateral
• Analyze effectiveness of support items and recommend future support
Retailer Meeting Presentations:
• Liaise with global to create seasonal template,
• Create exclusive slides, update pricing and holiday
• Prepare and set-up meeting rooms and trays
• Collect and combine recap notes, schedule follow-ups
Retailer artwork/Mailers:
• Liaise with Product Marketing & Creative Operations to create and approve retailer artwork
• Track all programs and timelines
• Point person for purchasing department
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 0-2 years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail.
