JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Global Visual Merchandising, The Senior Manager Visual Merchandising Accessory will be responsible for the brand Visual Merchandising direction for product styling in accessory. The area of works in charge: Global Showrooms, VM guidelines, Store executions, Window product styling and event product styling. This role is blend of art and commerce and co-partner with corporate various functions to create the direction to global stores. Key objective for this role is deliver creative and productive VM principle to be implemented through all channels including retail and wholesale
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all global showroom setups for Accessory 6 times a year, working with the Global VM team to represent the brand, always balancing art and commerce
• Partner with Global VM and Merchandising team to set seasonal products assortments during the each market
• Manage to publish Global VM guidelines including seasonal floor sets, monthly product updates and product styling and presentation by organising VM guideline shooting and floor set review with corporate merchandising team and ensuring brand presentation in store is aligned brand vision
• Work with the regional VM teams to ensure monthly product launches are implemented by organising meetings and visits stores
• Establish Visual Merchandising Standard guideline and develop Visual Merchandising training scheme
• Work on styling global window guidelines with the Visual Display team and review styling for executions
• Research creative ideas and solutions to enhance existing product setups
• Collate research of competitor’s displays
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Experience working in Fashion/Art/Visual Merchandising essential
• Strong Accessory VM experiences including luxury brands, working experience in brand headquarter as global position
• Excellent team management skills
• Super organizational skills and sensitivity to details
• Through knowledge of the channels of distribution globally and relevant merchandising systems and needs.
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
• Ability to contribute and add value individually as well as create a great working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Capability to convey new ideas, persuade and implement
• Good knowledge of Adobe systems including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
