Provide assistance to the marketing managers on the Ultra Luxury and Calvin Klein fragrance brands with an emphasis on project management, supporting retail business, analysis, administrative duties and necessary follow up as well as assist with other US marketing projects on an as needed basis.
Job Requirements:
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing degree preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task
• Proactive, Ability to self-manage projects, High level of organization, ability to overcome obstacles
• Creative thinking – ability to ideate new animations, promotions
• Basic business acumen, desire to better understand customer and sales dynamics
• Analytical proficiency and willingness to learn – how to analyze competitive info, sales data
• Articulate, strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and personable
• Willingness & ability to own, follow up on and complete any administrative tasks
• Fragrance marketing background preferred or very passionate about the industry
Marketing Duties:
• Work closely with US Marketing team to provide effective and dynamic material to push sales
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage artworks & product requests
• Ideate new promotions, events and animations
• Support keeping tracking grids up to date, assist with submitting monthly CRF’s and A&CP maintenance
• Support in the preparation ok key marketing documents: sellbooks, POPs, retailer presentations, expert meeting presentations, launch trackers, reports to Global
• Support set up and preparation of retailer meetings
• Scour and obtain competitive information
• Ad-hoc marketing projects and analysis as requested
• If high performance individual, potential to take on other high visibility projects
• Assist with administrative needs and maintain product closet
