Temp Coordinator-Global Tiffany.com Operations
Overview
This position, which reports into the Operations Manager- Global Ecommerce, will partner with the Manager to deliver global Tiffany.com daily operations and seasonal marketing campaign efforts for the company. He/She will be responsible for using Tiffany’s Content Management Systems to effectively launch and manage changes and updates to Tiffany.com global websites. The position partners across the organization and works closely with both regional and global partners: Marketing, Production, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service and outside vendors.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for partnering within organization on launches and updates to Tiffany.com global websites. Integral in launches homepages, categories, skus, new stores, store events, FAQs, new countries and seeing the projects through to their completion
• Responsible for optimizing Onsite Search
• Responsible for site QA process on daily site updates as well as regular site refreshes
• Responsible for delivering metadata files to our developers for upcoming marketing campaigns
• Business ownership for managing related project meetings, next steps, and project timelines
• Responsible for managing onsite search results and associated tool
• Ad hoc special projects assigned by manager
• Responsible for handling sku copy translation
• Responsible for ensuring high quality customer experience on Tiffany’s largest global store
Qualifications
• 3-6+ years of work experience in Ecommerce/ Website Operations/ Marketing
• Must have experience with web management tools as well as web content management systems
• Experience with Onsite Search and website optimization
• Understanding and experience working across various digital marketing channels
• Infectious energy for building best in class, customer centric eCommerce experiences
• Self-Starter, proactive and flexible; must be comfortable with ambiguity
• Skilled at managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and doing so flawlessly and with a great attitude
• Experience working across and influencing cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing disciplines, vendors/consultants and ideally also multiple global counterparts
• Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with constant changes
• Strong all-around athlete: you are proactive, have the ability to wear many hats, successfully partner with many different teams, and enjoy doing it
• Experience with web analytics tools as Omniture & Google Analytics (Preferred but not required)
• Experience with AEM (Preferred but not required)
