Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will concentrate their efforts on brand awareness and priority-driving marketing efforts on the US Marketing Team. This role will support and project manage 360 campaign development, special events & partnerships. This position requires a person who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and strategic thinking. The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager must be a self-managed person who can multi-task and embrace the US Marketing Department can-do attitude and spirit.
Brand Marketing Support
• Lead experiential/event project management & execution; including managing vendors, budgets, sourcing supplies and facilitating internal and external communication. This also requires strategic thinking; ensuring all elements involved directly support the project’s main objectives & KPI’s.
• Assist with project management/development of 360 campaigns
• Develop partner relationships to support marketing & brand awareness efforts
• Keep a pulse on the marketing landscape for trends, learnings & ways we can incorporate into strategies.
• Evaluate completed marketing programs and identify successes & learnings; optimize future projects based on analysis.
• Contribute to team brainstorms for campaign elements & partnerships
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• All other duties as assigned
Bold is Beautiful – Marketing Lead
• Lead the US’s participation in the Bold is Beautiful Project, including managing partner relationships, field communication, field leadership, and our US marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with our philanthropy partnerships & manage administrative needs tied to the program.
• Lead communication & project management / coordination with retail partners supporting the charity efforts
Sample & TOA Strategy & Management:
• Assist in determining best sampling strategies and partnerships for Brand Marketing’s annual allocations. Handle forecasting, reporting, and allocations for Brand and Digital Marketing efforts.
• Work with secured sampling partners to develop & project manage strategic sampling efforts, ensuring a well thought out sampling partnership campaign.

• Creativity, both in concepting ideas & finding solutions to problems
• Strong project management & cross-collaborative skills
• Ability to see the big picture, and ensure all efforts ladder up to the end goal
• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including strong skills in following up & keeping teams informed
• Ability to time manage efficiently
• Sees projects to their completion & meets deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs
• Must be enthusiastic, motivated, responsible & have a sense of humor
• Bachelor’s Degree
