JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the PR Coordinator is to support our planning and generation of innovative PR plans across all product categories which deliver fashion forward, innovative, and engaging results globally across all markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and writing of all Press Materials: Responsible for the evolution, writing and designing of all press tools needed to support our product focuses and categories.
• Product samples: Management of the strategic prioritisation of product sample ordering for global sample offices, working in close collaboration with the samples and product marketing counterparts
• Support of the influencer programme – building the tools and database to underpin this key strategy
• Management of VIP PR communication – building materials and alerts to support talent product placement imagery
• Assist on compilation and reporting of global PR results
PERSONAL PROFILE
• In-house/ agency PR experience
• Social media and digital experience
• Experience working with press sample requests
• Strong understanding of VIPs and influencers
• Passion for the industry and the brand
• Strong knowledge of the international media landscape across all its platforms
• Proactive approach to planning and execution
• Collaborative nature
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Pro-active character, capable of driving projects forward - with a hunger for inspiring new ideas
• Highly organised, energetic, adaptable to change
