Overview
Foot Locker is seeking a director level Engagement Leader to join the Data & Analytics Team. The Engagement Leader will be responsible for identifying and deploying advanced analytics through business partnerships, project management, and analytical support using industry best practices. This is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for leading analytics across multiple business verticals.

Responsibilities
• Determine analytic vision for international business customers that satisfy business needs, partner and align business around vision, manage expectation around delivery
• Manage data product roadmap that ladders to broader analytic vision
• Acts as thought leader and content expert for internal customer functional area; Utilize best practices around analytic approaches and technology within function area
• Presents frequently to senior leadership team on key findings and make recommendations
• Gather and transform business needs into innovative analytic solutions that effectively support the business world wide
• Communicate clearly and effectively with business users and agile team through all phases of the development life cycle
• Develop and perform analyses torefine approaches and influence direction of analytic product development
• Ensure the successful delivery of data products into business through stakeholder management, training, and end support
• Support project management and product roadmap by determining priorities, estimating work effort, and tracking progress against deliverables
• Measure the success of deployed data products through rigorous testing procedures; communicate findings to leadership
• Maintain knowledge on the latest Data technology and best practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, Finance and/or Management Information Systems from an accredited university or college
• MBA from top US or International business school preferred
• Strategic and operational consulting firm experience post MBA preferred with a CPG/retail concentration
• Project management skills, having led at least 3 major corporate initiatives
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office product skills (e.g. Access, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA)
• Knowledge of basic statistics, data manipulation, and research methods
• Must demonstrate the ability to interpret business data and translate into insightful recommendations
• Presentation skills/executive presence
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Position can be located at either our offices in Bradenton, FL, or New York City.
