We are looking for a person that will spport the operational excellence of the Wholesale Marketing & Merchandise Coordinator service organizations by providing communications that support the execution of LS&CO. wholesale on-floor & service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execution tools & communications are developed and delivered on a timely basis to internal & external wholesale service organizations to ensure quality and consistency of on-floor activations.
• Business system tools and databases are effectively maintained and utilized for timely & effective analysis and on-floor activation communication with key business partners including sales, wholesale marketing and customer marketing teams.
• On-floor elements & service tools required for wholesale marketing accounts and internal & external service teams are distributed to support the execution of wholesale marketing & service programs.
• Merchandise Coordinator & Wholesale Marketing organizations have resource information which allows for the efficient operational support and on-going training & recognition programs.
• Coordinates the timely collection of wholesale on-floor program information & develops clear communication tools for internal service & external wholesale organizations that ensures quality and consistency of on-floor activation. (30%)
• On-floor service project support including communication of project objectives, development of project surveys, tracking project completion and compiling management recaps. (20%)
• Service communication tools (Sharepoint, Go Spot Check, order fulfillment, internal databases) are maintained to reflect current information and appropriately archived. (20%)
• Manages the ordering & distribution of on-floor collateral and service tools for wholesale marketing accounts + service teams. (15%)
• Provides communications support for training conferences, management market visits, vendor meetings, recognition programs and LS&CO. internal operations. (15%)
