Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, well organized individual who has an exceptional level of retail and digital marketing skills. This individual will manage strategic account marketing plans, budgets, in-store and out of home marketing programs, account relationships and presentations. This individual must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment. This individual will work closely with Under Armour Sales, Product and Marketing teammates to drive brand strength fuel consumer demand and strengthen our connection with consumers. This individual will serve as the “voice of the brand” with account partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
• Execute all key brand initiatives in-store and online within specific accounts. Ensure directives are met and tools are developed and stay with in budgetary parameters.
• Work with Sales, Planning and Brand to ensure our brand voice is clearly communicated & cohesive at retail.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and Planning to support account business objectives and establish new ideas that help drive awareness and sell through at retail.
Execution & Management
• Manage and implement omni-channel marketing programs. Responsible for building and executing plans while staying within budgetary parameters.
• Manage all outside agency and vendor relationships related to the execution of online and in store marketing programs, for multiple accounts.
• Manage seasonal/account specific point of sale programs by interpreting key campaigns/strategies that incorporate the themes into point of sale displays, fixtures, graphics and online.
• Be the main marketing point of contact for the accounts. Manage account relationships and ensure that the Under Armour brand integrity is up held in all customer-facing initiatives.

Computer Skills
• Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Power Point, Outlook a must
• Mac based programs such as Keynote, InDesign, preferred.
• Design Suite knowledge a bonus
Physical Demands
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time with overnight travel
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelors Degree or higher education preferred with a focus on business related fields or fields that have direct correlation to Under Armour business units
• Experience dealing/handing online marketing programs including but not inclusive of digital banners, email blasts, social media plans.
• Strong communicator, comfortable speaking to groups or individuals.
• 2-5 years of retail experience
• Strong understand of sales, product education, visual standards
• Bi-lingual candidates preferred
