Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assist and support Director Business Solution with the respective profound process and technical knowledge within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on the customers’ expectations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with business process owners to identify and document business requirements and
processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Work with regional, global IT and local vendors to select the IT solution to realize the business requirements.
• Responsible for system realization, develop functional specification, prepare user testing case, perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training.
• Align with regional IT and business on end-to-end change request management from initialization, formalization, development, testing to realization.
• Support digital/marketing relevant applications. Ensure all systems running stably for issue resolution and coordination of change requests and enhancement.
• Vendor management: Manage vendor to deliver new projects and provide support for live systems.
• Act as project manager/member to lead/manage the projects.
• Business partner: a) Build relationship with business. b) Collaborate with business to identify progress and deliver on key strategic initiatives. c) Continue to learn new technology and trend, provide strategic guidance to business.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proven strong business process understand, data interpretation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Both BA (Business Analysis) capability and experience of technical/architecture standardization are required.
• Experience in newly deploying, enhancing and/or replacing CRM system.
• Experience in implementing social media and its integration to company’s CRM system.
• Establish shared global/regional IT digital solutions to drive integrated digital execution in China for scale and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities.
• Project management skill (PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree and above holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering or equivalent.
• More than 6 years of relevant working experience with 3+ years of business solution experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of CRM work experience.
