Summary
Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven Sales Planner. This person will build and execute strategic plans that support the long-range financial goals of UA, as well as collaborate and partner with Sports Marketing Account Managers to provide fact-based analysis and seasonal plans that will service their business needs while being profitable for UA and the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ownership of style level plans by Division and Sales Plan. Plans shaped with collaboration between Planner and account manager teams that will drive Under Armour Production Planning/Sourcing from monthly planning to open to buy process, through to on time delivery of orders.
• Be able to handle a large, challenging workload in a dynamic fast growing organization.
• Partner with multiple teams to present seasonal recommended assortment and inventory plans.
• Manage and reconcile Plan at critical points in the calendar based on Account feedback, market trends, and corporate objectives.
• Monthly and Seasonal analysis of sales vs. plan to drive improved forecast accuracy and the right phase demand model adhering to calendar cadence and deadlines
• Develop consistent and documented SOP processes for Sports Marketing Demand Planning; and manage and report NA team inventory through transitions to maximize sell through.
• Coordinate with Accounting & Finance and Inventory Disposition team in order to validate and facilitate quarterly excess units for liquidation sales and marketing initiatives
• Facilitate and oversee product delivery for contractual marketing obligations such as NFL and NBA combine in addition to NCAA partnerships
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in planning, buying, replenishment, or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Logility or other advanced planning systems is a plus

• Ability to build collaborative partnerships with a wide range of cross-functional partners (Sales, Planning, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory)
• Excellent communicator with the aptitude to simplify data, highlight key point and drive audience towards decisions in all interactions
