Are you an experienced marketer with an understanding of the media landscape, commercially focused and has an eye for creativity?
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join the Harrods Media team, reporting directly to the Media Sales Director.
A strategic thinker, you will plan and execute all B2B media marketing campaigns across six luxury lifestyle categories (Fashion, Fine Jewellery & Watches, Home, Beauty, Food & Beverages, Brand Partnerships) creating marketing collateral across print, email and online, with the overall aim of driving media sales revenue and marketing the Harrods Media brand to luxury clients.
You will be creative, overseeing all creative marketing collateral of the marketing team and will work directly creating print, digital, email marketing campaigns and presentations. Whilst also working closely with creative teams internally and externally, overseeing the management of photographers and videographers. You will be a brand guardian.
Analytical and commercially astute, you will manage the Brand Partnerships media sales team, working with the Partnerships Account Manager who will lead, co-ordinate and oversee development and growth of new and existing business from external brand partnerships, with the purpose of maximizing revenue through media partnerships.
With a passion for data, you will oversee the creation of monthly insight reports and create post-campaign reports, as well as proactively investigating our competitors, focusing on consumer trends in target and emerging markets.
Proactively, you will identify new media trends / innovations and recognize opportunities that could both be beneficial for brands to engage the Harrods customer, whilst providing a new revenue platform for the department.
You will demonstrate the ability to come up with new ideas and be able to inspire internal stakeholders. An expert communicator and relationship builder, you will develop key relationships both internally and externally.
With team leadership and experience managing a team, you will be inspiring, motivating and engaging with your team of three direct reports, whilst providing support and a development plan for each direct report.
To be successful, you must be an experienced marketer with an understanding of the media landscape, commercially focused and passionate about working in the luxury sector across multiple categories. You will be creative, with the ability to work on creative projects both overseeing and creating marketing collateral with skills to be able to do this (some experience in Adobe InDesign would be beneficial). You will be a strong leader and manager, have authority working with senior stakeholders within the business, reporting directly to the Media Sales Director.
