Manager Brand Communication (Media, Ecom & Training) Reebok WE (m/f)
Purpose:
To ensure perfect execution of the brand communication plans in WE to reach brand KPIs target with full cooperation of BU and MFC resources.
Key Accountabilities:
• Participate in strategic planning phase of the brand communication activities for WE, with particular focus on Brand and Ecom media, content and coordination
• Assist Senior Manager, Brand Activation, Training BU with creation of a seasonal and annual brand marketing strategy and activation plan that lands the Global priorities and significantly improves Brand KPI’s – this includes Key City Attack Plans and integration of lead EIM/Spoma assets
• Creation of the guiding documents for MFCs, BUs, Channel and EKA teams for Brand and Ecom media, content and coordination activities
• Responsible for the daily management of internal and external resources (agencies) in campaign briefings and execution
• Maintain a deep operational relationship with MFCs, BUs and channel heads to ensure full coordination of Brand and Ecom marketing activities and compliance with brand activation calendar
• Responsible for creating the Brand and Ecom media, content and coordination KPI tracking tools for WE and MFCs, and the corresponding “Action Plans” tools
• Support the Senior Director Brand Coms in planning and executing market-level events and coordinate execution at MFC level
• Manage executional excellence in the MFC Countries of the Training & Cross-Channel Media and Marketing plan and reporting of its performance against the Brand and Business KPI’s
• Input into the WE & Global BU functional and teams to ensure Brand Marketing tools are optimised to best meet WE Country needs and significantly improve Brand Business KPI’s
• Support WE Training BU with the creation of the best sell-in and sell-through tools, and augment where needed
• Ensure efficient usage of all provided tools (sell in and sell out) across newsroom
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
• Manager with significant marketing knowledge and experience in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories
• Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• High level of organization with a structured, methodical way of working
• Advanced skills across all Microsoft office software
• Good at building relationships across a variety of levels
• Strong negotiation skills
Qualifications:
1. 4+ years’ broad marketing experience across all areas
2. 2+ years’ experience in managing communications in a leading sports and/or fashion brand environment
3. Degree, educated preferably in a marketing discipline
