Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that was built out of respect for quality craftsmanship, simple design, modern convenience and for guys who know they shouldn’t have to overpay for a great shave. We are able to deliver exceptional value and experiences to our customers because we are vertically integrated. From grinding steel into fine razors blades at our factory in Germany to selling our products directly to customers on our website and select retailers, we own the entire process.

About the Team
The Harry’s Brand Team is dedicated to building a men’s grooming brand in the UK that represents progressive, forward-thinking values and resonates powerfully with our target guy. We are a highly strategic function and think through the implications of each brand activity, always our strategic goals in mind. We effectively interface and communicate with multiple areas of the business including UK growth, US MKG, US PR and US Creative. Cracking the UK shaving market is a big job, and we are looking for someone awesome who is up for that challenge.
About the Role
At Harry’s our vision is to become a global, multi-channel men’s grooming brand. We’re recruiting for a UK Brand & PR Manager to be the driving force behind our UK brand strategy. You’ll take the lead on executing the brand plan with specific goals and touch points that ladder up to those goals. You’ll work closely with the UK Head of Brand and span across all Brand functions incl marketing, PR, influencer programmes, social, customer insights and specialty retail.
It’s a unique opportunity to join a passionate and mission-driven team at the early stage of Harry’s journey in the UK, gain exposure to scaling a business in a new market, and build the brand as one of the very first members of the London-based Brand Marketing team
What you will accomplish:
• Work closely with the the Head of Brand to execute the key brand moments within the Harry’s UK Brand Calendar.
• Drive partnerships with external Brand Partners that hit defined and strategic brand goals.
• Manage local Social Influencer agencies to deliver an effective ongoing influencer programme that drives our UK social followership.
• Work closely with the UK PR agency; manage day-to-day PR requests, lead on specific PR events and strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with UK and US counterparts.
• Have your finger on the pulse of all things that are important in our target guy's world.
This should describe you:
• 3-4 years of hands-on, executional marketing experience managing and tracking digitally focussed brand campaigns, with exposure to Customer Insights, PR and Social Influencer programmes. Either in a fast paced FMCG environment, or a young and growing brand that is scaling efficiently.
• Brand thinker: real understanding of brand strategies, communication and media landscapes (digital important).
• Stakeholder Management Skills; able to coordinate communications across multiple teams and drive forward projects that touch different teams within the business.
• Digitally Savvy: has managed digital campaigns and gets how brand messages are expressed across online advertising channels.
• Foundational knowledge of PR - how it works, short lead vs long lead, digital landscape, working with PR agencies
• Do’er: shows a capability for strategic thinking but is very comfortable getting into the detail and driving projects forward / generally making things happen.
• Brand aware: understands brand priorities, positioning and direction. Takes this into account across every thing they do
• Naturally collaborative: Ability and passion for working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other teams – key here is Brand collaboration, Insights and US growth. Good relationship builder and partner inside and outside of Harry’s.
