Position Summary
Complies with prescribed Safety and GMP procedures
Actively supports Continuous Improvements initiatives
Keep warehouse free of debris
Facilitate adhoc requests that may arise throughout the shift
25% Responsible for material flow and capacity into and out the Warehouse / Staging
25% Investigate errors in the Warehouse Activity Monitor and follow through with root cause and identify process change requirements.
25% Coordinate STR/STO processing and coordination, create cycle counts and other duties as assigned
25% Create picking tasks through TR/TO creation (decisions will determine picking tasks of crew. Ultimate accountability lies with Warehouse Manager/Supervisor)
Qualifications
• Communication / Interpersonal: English language proficiency; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to resolve issues in a tactful and diplomatic manner, communicate with various support groups and team members, both verbally and written
• Leadership: Perform all daily activities with a minimum direction but seeks out direction when warranted, builds collaborative relationships, fosters team engagement by leading with a professional and positive attitude, managing priorities and timelines, supporting and leading positive change, ability to train/provide concise instruction in a motivating manner when needed (ie: training a back up IC)
• Problem Solver: Must display a Continuous Improvement mindset in aspects of the role, eagerness to learn and provide/lead implementation of solution focused contributions
• Environment: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs on a frequent basis, flexible to work all shifts, all ELC locations and overtime as needed.
• Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office preferred (e.g Outlook, excel, Word) and SAP preferred
