About the team:
Brand Experiences is Refinery29's internal strategy department that services brand partners. We manage the pre-sale proposal, client relationship, program execution, and success.
We are looking for a Brand Experiences Coordinator to join our growing team of creative and marketing powerhouses in our NY Office. Interested in joining a successful, fun, dynamic, and creative business? If so, read on!

What You'll Do:
Presale:
• Collect concepts and budgeting details across internal teams to build proposal packages.
• Build presentations for clients in Keynote.
• Attend brainstorms or strategy meetings to collect notes and share detailed recaps.
Post-sale:
• Own the tracking, status and timing management in big year-long branded content projects by keeping diligent notes on progress and revisions throughout the execution.
• Act as a partner to the Brand Experiences Manager to bring white-glove client service and solutions to our top partners.
• Build mock-ups or briefs for clients in Keynote.
• Act as the first line of responsibility for quality assurance when sharing client creative deliverables.
What You Have:
• 1 - 2 years of related experience at a publisher/ media agency or similar role supporting a client services team
• Strong writing, presentation and deck-creating skills necessary
• Top performance record
• Experience with media planning and general marketing/web analytics is a huge plus
• Working knowledge of Keynote
