Purpose:
Provide infrastructure, mindset and capabilities to implement global processes & templates. Build market specific processes & templates to allow Category and Marketing teams to focus on their core tasks in a consistent and efficient way. Implement and drive both adidas & Reebok sell-in tools, develop a showroom concept including seasonal maintenance and execute oversee sample management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure awareness and adherence of local Marketing team towards milestones, input and handover dates across all Global creation tracks.
• Act as liaison between Category team and all other marketing functions (e.g. Fitness Marketing, Communication, E-Com) to implement integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive operational alignment of all adidas & Reebok marketing functions.
• Responsible for liaising with Global counterparts to ensure consistency of information across all deliverables from Global Marketing Meeting for adidas & Reebok Category & Communication teams, whilst ensuring market relevance. Ensure to deliver on time in order to maximize sell-in and end to end synergies.
• Drive Marketing Operations service projects together with Global and key counterparts in order to ensure constant improvement and provide innovative & up to date sell-in tools.
• Define market specific processes, templates and calendars in regards to sampling and GTM support within Global framework.
• Support the execution of range building process from commercial input to sales handover reflecting globally and regionally defined range components.
• Lead and steer the ranging processes, SKU efficiency, go-in-margins, volume forecasts, range overlaps (with regional umbrella range) and marketing planning; prepare the needed operational overview files
• Monitor and report product KPI, initiate business development.
• Co-ordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders in the range preparation process in a timely manner to adhere to key milestones for each product season.
• Support the category team as the key coordinator role for ranging related systems and processes, improving utilization of ranging systems and reporting by acting as business champion including various merchandising tools (including SAP/AFS).
• Continuous improvement of end-to-end business planning through cross-functional alignment on range targeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for defining and implementing an area sample process, including coordination, orders (close cooperation with category team), allocation, delivery follow-up and follow up documents.
• Ensure sample budget savings where possible and work on seasonal sample targets for category team.
• Oversee showroom management and maintenance coordination pertaining to visuals, coordination of look & feel, and sell-in tools.
• Prepare and deliver seasonal e-catalogue for the area.
• Lead and steer seasonal sell-thru communication flow between teams.
Qualifications:
1. Min 3 years of cross functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail
2. Bachelors in related field required, MBA preferred
3. Excellent project management
4. Excellent presentation skills
5. Fluent in English and Turkish (writing and verbal)
6. Advanced skills for MS Office programs
7. Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) and deep cross functional process knowledge
8. Proven records in cooperation & communication, analytic thinking, problem solving
9. Strengthen personal capability and teamwork
