General Description
Partners with the Sr. Marketing Manager and AVP Marketing Operations to develop and maintain all documents related to the Lane Bryant promotional cadence. Including but not limited to weekly promo meetings and Target Meetings. Acts as the single point of contact for the promotions. Acts as Job Lead for internal projects: HR, Brand Conference and packaging. Including opening jobs, reviewing quotes and managing project through in store delivery. Responsible for execution and updating of the Lane Bryant Outlet POS jobs.
Performance Requirements
POS Specialist
• Responsible for: Target Prep Agendas, Target Prep Notes, Target Meeting Agendas, Target Meeting Notes, Calendar of topics for both Target Prep and Target Meetings.
• Manage and communicates all subsequent changes to the promotional cadence via Target Notes and meetings as needed.
• Regularly interacts with cross functional partners to ensure clarity regarding promotional cadence
• Project management for packaging creative and internal projects as needed
• Responsible for the execution and maintenance of the Land Bryant Outlet POS jobs in Cascade
• Responsible for the creative brief development and kick-off for Lane Bryant Outlet and internal projects
• Ensures accuracy of all information prior to the opening of a job
• Back- up partner to Retail POS Marketing Specialist
Reporting and Analysis
• Responsible for working with cross functional partners to produce reporting for key projects
Meetings, Miscellaneous & Administrative
• Attend/ Lead Creative kickoff meetings as needed
• Attend weekly cross functional touch-base & Target downloads
• Attend weekly pricing meeting
• Attend weekly production meeting
• Attend weekly touch-base with Manager
• Program budget maintenance (As Needed)
• Calendar updates & additions
• Proof creative at checkpoints for accuracy (As Needed)
• Misc. jobs and tasks as assigned
Requirements
• 3-5 years marketing experience with specific experience in project management, planning and execution with a retailer preferred. Experience with women’s specialty apparel preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative, written and verbal communication skills with a high aptitude for problem solving.
