Senior Analyst – Global Ecommerce, Omnichannel
JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
The Senior Analyst will lead a variety of initiatives that evolve as part of the LS&Co omnichannel roadmap. The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Own and juggle multiple initiatives and priorities across a diverse set of stakeholders, and thrive in a project-based environment
• Comfortable managing a P&L and conducting financial analysis, with the ability to anticipate how a solution or change can impact the P&L
• Drive project execution by working with cross functional teams, vendors, and partners towards operational success
• Develop a deep understanding of the processes and systems at LS&Co. and work with stakeholders to develop creative solutions to challenging Omnichannel questions
• Oscillate between diving into the details and surfacing the big picture learnings to establish credibility and ultimately influence key stakeholders for buy-in
• Excellent communication and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, to understand incentives, and ensure alignment in a matrixed organization
• Present progress, success metrics, learnings, roadblocks, and plans to stakeholders and leadership
• Maintain an awareness of emergent Omnichannel technologies
• High work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards tackling a challenge
• This role will work closely with the retail business team, product management/technology teams, and marketing teams. This is a high impact and high visibility role to leaders in the organization with expectations to deliver immediate results
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute omnichannel programs (roadmaps, timelines, work streams)
• Own RFP process for global initiatives
• Define and conduct UAT testing
• Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks, calculate ROI,track metrics and progress, closely analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Own vendor touchpoints and ensure follow-up on action items
• Lead and influence cross-functional processes/projects while representing the ecommerce business and understanding execution of back end and front end
• Refine and reiterate tests and pilots, align on expectations, and distribute learnings
• Deploy solutions globally and project-manage partners to ensure success
• Report milestones and escalate issues when necessary
Desired Skills and Experience
• BA or BS Required
• Masters preferred
• 3+ years’ in supply chain, project management, product management, operations, planning, finance or consulting
• High analytical and financial skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Strong understanding of retail concepts and retail finance
• Problem solving and follow-through skills, acute attention to detail, and highly organized
• Experience with Agile development processes
• Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes
• Advanced in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Experience in retail or e-commerce industry preferred
• Working knowledge of Manhattan Enterprise Order Management preferred
