Purpose:
Manage daily operations and implementation of global advertising and communications campaigns for Womens, Horizontal Concepts and Brand initiatives
Manage and run a smooth creative development process to ensure all relevant Global Brand Marketing functions and external stakeholders are kept informed and deliverables are met on time and within budget
Key Accountabilities:
• Manage strategic development and creative execution of all global advertising and communications initiatives from briefing & concepting through full-up production and fulfillment globally. Key responsibilities include:
• Brainstorming/work sessions to arrive at creative insights
• Collaboration with Consumer Insights group to inform creative
• Creative Briefing to Agency
• Management of Creative Development to provide Selling Tools for internal milestones
• Daily management of pre-production, shoot, and post production processes of full-up production
• Post Campaign tracking & analysis support
• Activation in US Market
• Approve global translation/adaptation of all campaigns, ensuring quality level and consistency
• Stay current with category and industry best practices and creative breakthroughs and help to inform/educate broader Brand Marketing team
• Lead quarterly competitive reviews with cross-functional agency team
• Create and foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to make sure all communications are consistent and creative processes are efficient, reducing duplication of efforts
• Proactive member of larger Brand Creative, who can assist when other team members need help on ad hoc projects
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Experience in creating, developing, and producing multi-media advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of traditional advertising, retail and marketing strategy
• Ability to think strategically and excellent creative judgment
• Strong communications skills and ability to work across multiple interests and foster collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple timelines/processes/approval structures
• Experience in working with celebrity talent
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 4 year college or university degree; MBA a plus
2. Knowledge of advertising production; agency experience a plus
3. Experience working with large cross-functional teams and processes; preferably on a global scale
4. Minimum 7 years experience in marketing or advertising
In the fall of 2017, the Reebok brand is moving its headquarters to a 220,000 square-foot section of the Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District.
