This role will be a key contributor in developing processes, managing the products in the technology stack, and conducting internal and market research within the eCommerce group. This is a new position within a growing team and the role will be exposed to many facets of the project management and product management lifecycles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to plan and support the execution of frontend and backend projects.
• Capture and validate project requirements from the project sponsor(s) to ensure alignment with the success metrics of the project.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (User Experience, Development, and Quality Assurance, Marketing, etc.) to refine functional specifications and form consensus on the comprehensiveness and appropriateness of the project approach.
• Support Project Managers with the facilitation and execution of the entire project lifecycle.
• Help gain consensus on business and technical decisions and ensure that appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results.
• Conduct market research to assist product managers with the ownership and maturation of the digital tools and platforms.
• Assist leadership with the design, development, and improvement of operational processes
• Foster teamwork, communication, collaboration while managing competing priorities.
• Provide guidance with digital best practices for an Omni channel digital consumer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or BS in business or computer science preferred. Project management certifications appreciated.
• 3-7 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer experience with a proven track record of effectively supporting projects in a fast-moving environment
• Strategic focus with the ability to deliver on operational tasks
• Strong analytic skills with a focus on process design and technology projects
• Strong understanding of or hands on experience with HTML, JSON, XML
• Familiarity with and ability to read scripting languages such as JavaScript
• Previous experience using content management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Basecamp (or similar)
• Excellent time management, communication (written & verbal) and organization skills
• Ability to work cross functionally, globally and influence key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to view processes end-to-end and forecast issues
• Ability to work off-hours during busy season
• Motivated, dedicated, and reliable with commitment to achieving completion of tasks within agreed strict time scales
• Self-starter who works well in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-performance environment.
