JOB DESCRIPTION
Consumer Marketing Director
As Consumer Marketing Director you will lead and manage the development and execution of long-term consumer marketing activities & initiatives for the Levi’s® brand in line with the regional brand marketing strategy in order to build brand equity and financial growth and to drive the positioning of Levi’s® as the Original and Definitive jeans wear brand.
Key responsibilities include;
Integrated Brand Media Planning;
• Lead and manage the full brand media planning process on a yearly basis in close collaboration with global media lead, country media leads and media agency ( global/regional/country )
• Work closely with regional e-com marketing team and regional PR / influencer marketing team in order to create synergy and consistent consumer output.
• Work closely with country MD to ensure media allocation is in line with business and brand targets to drive maximum media ROI
Brand Engagement and Activation;
• Support and manage brand engagement and activation strategy for LSE in order to connect with target consumer regionally around music community, 501 day, customization and personalization
• Connect with global consumer marketing team to get insights and provide regional input and feedback
• Manage local creation and adaptation for all seasonal related marketing assets to be used across channels
Agency Management
• Build strong relationship with media and engagement agencies: media, engagement and creative to drive efficiency and high results / ROI.
Brand Integration;
• Work closely with other regional and country marketing functions to ensure fully integrated planning process in order to drive strong regional marketing plan to maximize business and brand impact
• Be part of merchandising, planning and marketing integration process.
• Be a key member of LSE marketing leadership team
Manage and Coach the Consumer Marketing Team:
• Provide the coaching and development required to direct reports that enables them to meet and exceed objectives in a matrix organization.
• Continually review and analyze processes and team interactions to ensure that they facilitate the achievement of objectives and support short and long term business needs
Required Skills & Experience;
Education
Bachelor’s degree – Marketing / Business Administration or related field
Work Experience
7-10 years of experience related to developing and leading the execution of integrated consumer marketing programs with strong media strategy and planning expertise.

• Consumer & Market Insight – Interprets multiple sources of consumer and marketplace insights to develop marketing programs that create desire and drive consumer demand for the brand.
• Brings Inspired Creative to Life – Drives the brand “look and feel” through the right channels. Is fluent in next generation consumer marketing approaches (e.g. digital /social media) to generate consumer interest.
