Description
HR Direct Europe is the HR Shared services center for Nike’s European business. We support our employees across our retail stores, distribution centers and offices in all our countries in Europe.
Nike strives for excellence in all its policies, processes and practices and is working on several improvements in our HR operations. THE ROLE
• Work with the various teams within EMEA HR Operations to identify opportunities for immediate process improvement.
• Build the business case for change through research and analysis.
• Work with stakeholders across HR to align on / select the opportunities with the highest impact to our customers and operations.
• Scope the project into a project plan and align with the stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of the project plan in partnership with the stakeholders, while following and fine tuning existing practices & process with them as appropriate.

Qualifications
• In the process of a degree in Human Resources or a related relevant study, with ambition to advance in HR or HR communications.
• Ability to make and foster relationships.
• Research and make recommendations to key stakeholders using documents/tools
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational awareness skills
In order to be eligible for an internship, you must:
• Have an active student status for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution) ;
• Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.
Start date: August 1st, 2017
Duration: 6 - 12 months
This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
