Job Description:
This role will develop and execute retail marketing programs and promotions for the US and Global markets. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop omni-channel programs and strategies that advance the company’s strategy and meet brand objectives.
Duties:
• Successfully work with cross functional teams to execute marketing strategies within our own retail stores and wholesale partners.
• Manage all promotional activity for US and Global retail.
• Manage the planning, production and execution of campaign strategy projects.
• Facilitate regular retail marketing strategy meetings for the US & Global markets
• Develop seasonal marketing presentations, briefs, and activation guides for stores
• Collaborate with field leaders in communicating marketing campaigns and collecting and sharing feedback
• Develop and implement omni-channel campaigns to support DTC business strategy and objectives.
• Ensure alignment on campaign development and implementation across all channels.
• Manage and maintain budgets, developing campaign briefs and working closely with and leading a cross-functional team on aligning campaigns
• Develop and implement integrated omni-channel calendar to ensure marketing alignment across channels
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with key internal stakeholders
• Communicate out integrated plans and tactics internal (30/60/90 day outlook) + provide store network with required campaign information and set up to support campaigns
• Manage CRM data on post-campaign analyses reporting, lessons learned, and recommendations for future programs and campaigns.
Skills/Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of brand or retail marketing strategy experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and enforce proper representation of the brand aesthetic.
• Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment, with tight deadlines multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated network within fashion and related industries to drive interest and expand brand & company reach.
• Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
