Sr Manager Visual Merchandising, Field
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Functions as the liaison from Visual Merchandising to the Regional Visual Managers
• Filters feedback between Regional Visual Merchandising Managers/Field Leadership and Corporate Visual Team
• Work in collaboration with VM team to set alternate tiers of direction as needed prior to and following live floorset
• Setting Regional Visual Merchandising Manager/Specialists expectations for the Seasonal live floorset
• Setting Brand expectations for seasonal floorset execution
• Compiling and presenting floorset hindsight details to MEGA ABC
• Functions as the Visual Merchandising liaison for NSO planning in partnership with PVH project management and Regional Visual Merchandising Manager/Specialists
• Filters and acts as first phase of approval for and sku adjustment requests
• Functions as the partner to Sr. Manager Visual Planning to identify business opportunities and communicates through Regional Visual Merchandising Manager/Specialists DOR to develop solutions and direction for Field
• Partners with the Sr. Director Visual Projects/Training to communicate the opportunity to test, working through Regional Visual Merchandising Manager/Specialists to execute, track and recap testing process with final recommendation for future direction
• Manage budget for department
• Responsible for day-to-day decision-making for supporting Visual Merchandising initiatives in the Field Organization. Responsible for setting visual strategy expectations for Regional Visual Merchandising Managers/Specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years retail experience (field and corporate exposure preferred)
• College Degree in Visual, Marketing preferred or relevant visual retail experience
• High aesthetic and excellent visual merchandising skills
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
• Strong negotiation skills
• Professional demeanor and proactive approach
• Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities
• Microsoft Professional Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to travel
