Manager Marketing Men’s Skincare Travel Retail Worldwide
Position is responsible for driving the Men’s categories, through ongoing analysis of business, competition and market trends. Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the global and regional brand direction. Lead 360° development including newness, basic business, in store execution, eventing, and non-saleable support to maximize sales and grow market share. Specifically develop a comprehensive digital program to support growth targets. Effectively partner with global brand marketing, regional sales teams, and all related support groups to ensure alignment before execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategy
•Drive 360° strategy to achieve market share growth within Lab Series and Clinique for Men (CFM).
•Establish and drive integrated digital strategy in partnership with the global brand and TR digital team.
•Responsible for driving basic business and newness while ensuring relevance in travel corridors.
•Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis that result in key commercial insights and initiatives.
•Identify commercial, new product, and consumer opportunities to drive growth within men’s category
Operations
•Work closely with global business planning team and Lachen Distribution Center to ensure new programs are forecasted, received and shipping to plan (Saleable, TREX, non-saleable).
•Responsible for the tracking of shipments of all new and limited life products from plant to Lachen (distribution center) using the seasonal recap and allocation documents (includes: saleable and non-saleable items).
•Manage master assortment and SKU activity with Regional Teams and Lachen.
Commercial Development
•Develop and drive 360° commercial strategy including Visual Merchandising, Education, Digital, and Pricing.
•Responsible for the tracking of all TR programming with the Regional Marketing Teams
•Partner with TR digital team and global marketing to drive digital strategy.
•Lead bi-weekly meetings across these teams.
•Creates and tracks all Creative requests. Works closely with the global brand, to help support regional requests, including in-flight visuals/copy, special events, etc.
•Track all seasonal merchandising documents and planograms, with Visual Merchandising. Managing communication of VM elements needed from VM per season.
•Adapt and develop Special Event Activities, including collateral tools, which can be implemented in all regions
•Responsible for the preparation of marketing presentations for sales meetings and retailer presentations including the coordination of all Marketing-related support materials (e.g., product, comps, lab samples, visual concepts, etc.).
•Responsible for the development of all sales tools including seasonal marketing calendars and seasonal sell books
Category Management / Business Analysis
•Maintain TR marketing calendar, prepares competitive analysis, liaising with global marketing, marketing services and creative teams to ensure seasonal objectives are met. Also, updates seasonal and on-going product assortments.
•Create, update, and issue Seasonal Calendars and Strategy sheets to all regions
•Maintain and issue seasonal assortments, making recommendations for product status changes. Responsible for managing sku count and Magic Quadrant analysis
•Prepare performance recap of each new launch activity including promotional programming.
•Manages global in-flight business, work with Demand Planning to approve forecasts, and manage all creative needs for listings.
•Manage day to day requests from regional and global teams. Acting as a key point person for TR WW. Communicate with each regional office (Miami, London & Singapore) on a daily basis to ensure their needs (creative, visual merchandising, programming, etc.) are met.
•Prepare and analyze various sales and shipment reports as needed. Providing summary reports to senior management and regional teams.
•Works on a variety of special projects as necessary.
Qualifications
•Position requires 5+ year’s of experience in Marketing.
•Experience managing a developing a digital campaign.
•College/University graduate (MBA Preferred)
•Passion for Mens Skincare
•Knowledge of Asian, specifically Korean Market/Culture
•Fully capable of using MAC and PC software including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Keynote. SAP knowledge is a plus.

•Experience briefing creative teams
•Proven background demonstrating significant skills in the following areas:
