Senior Key Account Coordinator Eastpak
The Key Account Coordinator will focus on the Key Account management, whilst providing a critical support to the sales team both in term of sales presentation to the Key Accounts and development of the country. Work out a Key Account Strategic plan, in order to establish a solid and sustainable business.
• Work out a Key Account Strategic plan, in order to establish a solid and sustainable business.
• Keep close contact to key buyers with all Key Accounts
• Develop competitive assortment plans for the Key Accounts.
• Follow up and implement the Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Ensure regular staff training sessions, both formal and informal, to all key stores ensuring that all staff is fully conversant with the features and benefits of the brand product range and that they are motivated to sell the brand.
• Collecting, monitoring, reporting and analyzing sell out and sell through data and communicate regularly to your supervisor.
• Prepare, follow up and evaluate the KPI’s on an Weekly base with owned staff
• Follow up deliveries (order book management).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the growth of the Key Accounts, identify trends and demands of the market/customers and montior competition
• Planning of formation and visits.
• Any other duties as assigned to the job holder within the job holders capabilities
Required profile:
• 3 years of experience in Sales preferable with Key Accounts
• you have a natural interest in the EASTPAK product
• you can adapt easily and you have a problem solving
• you are strong in building up Strategic work relationships
• you have good organisational skills and follow up
• driving for results and have a pro-active mindset
• strong communicator both written and verbally: preferable Ducth/French and English language skills
