Are you data driven and business focused?
We’re looking for an exceptional Junior Digital Analyst to join Harrods.com.
Collaborating with teams across .com, you will work across all digital marketing channels to implement a marketing strategy which in turn will improve ROI and influence key marketing decisions for Harrods.com.
Responsible for monitoring and improving our marketing analysis on Harrods.com, you will proactively identify commercial opportunities for improving our marketing strategy as well as identifying performance trends and customer behaviours.
Organised and process driven, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and maintain a comprehensive marketing model that will continuously monitor performance across all digital channels to support to the growth of Harrods.com.
Understanding the factors which drive marketing success in luxury retail is critical for this role, as is a passion for digital marketing and luxury eCommerce.
To be successful you must have previous experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, such as Omniture and/or Google Analytics. You will demonstrate a history of proactively identifying problems in an ecommerce website and have a proven track record of successful recommendations and their impact on both the marketing strategy and therefore ROI.
A Bachelors degree in business, marketing, technology or relevant field of study is desirable but not essential.
