Description
Free People is looking for a digital marketing analyst to join our Digital Marketing and Analytics team. The right candidate for this position will possess a balance of digital marketing experience, analytical skills alongside a big-picture strategic curiosity.
This position will be responsible for contributing to profitable performance marketing channels, including Affiliates, Content and Influencer marketing, Paid Social and other acquisition vehicles. The right candidate will be comfortable being responsible for identifying channel opportunities, driving results and analyzing performance of some of Free People’s most profitable digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
• Manage and analyze of Free People’s digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social, display and affiliates
• Develop and maintain unified channel measurement methodology and KPIs
• Explore marketing channel specific browse behaviors and patterns
• Provide customer acquisition and retention performance by channel
• Assist in attribution model research and analysis
• Work closely with digital marketing team to provide actionable insights and optimize performance
• Turn quantitative insights into qualitative recommendations for the Free People digital team
Qualifications
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a digital marketing role, with knowledge of Affiliates, Paid Social, and other media, ideally in an ecommerce environment
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience using digital analytics applications (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Channels and performance metrics
• A passion and curiosity for the ever-changing digital space
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced results-oriented organization
• Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Domo
• Ability to articulate and present marketing channel performance and insights
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
