Job Description
Be the creative contact and expertise for the company. Working in In-Store Marketing and reporting to the Vice President, Creative, a creative and independent professional who shows initiative, with ability to multi-task and sets priorities effectively. Excellent negotiation and organizational skills; enabling thorough completion of projects and always within budget.
A positive, self-motivated and change willing individual with a passionate interest in Visual Presentation, Fashion, Store Design, Fashion Savvy and Trend Aware.
Position Requirements:
•Extremely creative thinking and hunting for newness
•Create, compile, and present Seasonal (Spring, Summer, Fall, Holiday) Inspiration Boards for review by SVP 6 to 12 months in advance of season for both store banners.
•Self-dependent individual who can apply and develop in-store and window applications from inspiration boards and include; samples, materials, and renderings that can be submitted to marketing.
•Oversee development of signing creative as it pertains to Seasonal, Special Occasions, Merchant initiatives, and Renovations ensuring synergy with visual presentation.
•Estimate budget requirements, manage and maximize approved budgets, source and purchase all Visual/Merchandise aids for Seasonal. Coordinate arrival, communicate and directed installation and implementation.
•Work with Fashion Direction on defining trends for the season for fashion and home, develop a monthly schedule for their implementation, produce and communicate to stores.
•Develop, manage and guide the VP Fashion; ensure that their aware of the seasonal corporate trends and that they communicate through hands on workshops and seasonal packages to stores.
•Renovations; resets; shops; work with ISM Merchandise Presentation Mgrs. And store planning team to identify and develop visual/signing needs by Project. Prepare Inspiration boards where needed, source, order, follow up on deliveries, provide store with implementation package.
•Corporate Windows; develop Calendar for all stores with Corporate windows, booking and finalizing them 6 months to year in advance, develop renderings of monthly windows for SVP approvals and to share with L&T. Develop, manage budget, and oversee final installs.
•Develop, put together and deliver concise and comprehensive Visual communication packages for the Regional and stores visual personnel that included pictures and information on fashion direction, visual support, point-of-sale, and step by step execution for all Occasional, Seasonal and Window programs.
