Summary:
The E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will help execute, deliver and report on our US online marketing strategy. This position will be responsible for supporting and implementing online marketing activities, primarily email and retention, while working with cross-functional teams to support key business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Production and delivery of E-Commerce marketing channel collateral including email, web, and display advertising content.
• Responsible for production of email campaigns including utilizing email templates, loading them into E-mail Platform, setting up, testing, targeting and scheduling. Light HTML work necessary.
• Responsible for marketing analysis, including extracting reports from our databases, drawing conclusions and making actionable recommendations for future campaigns and tests on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams (internal and external) to execute a streamlined and cohesive story for major product launches, large promotions and key seasonal periods.
• Work closely with E-Commerce Marketing Manager to recommend and execute digital campaigns that integrate into overall Marketing calendar.
• Evaluate trends in the beauty industry and retail space and makes appropriate recommendations to keep marketing channels maximized at all times.
• Responsible for adjusting web content when necessary, QA on key launches and campaigns.
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree required.
• 2+ years of creative production or digital marketing experience.
• Analytical skills to evaluate business trends and make appropriate recommendations to maximize key marketing channels.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong writing, communication, and presentation skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• A hands-on worker, creative thinker, interested in growing their creating and digital marketing expertise.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, marketing systems, and email platforms. Understanding of html with light coding (preferred)
• Understanding of audience segmentation and experience with web measurement/analytics (preferred)
• Interest in the beauty industry and luxury retail space (preferred)
