Title: Office Services Coordinator - Madewell
Reports to: Office Services Manager
Location: Long Island City Office
Overview: Madewell is looking for a highly motivated Office Services liaison to the corporate office and department administrator.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Receive and filter calls and e-mail for service line
• Manage incoming requests on service website for appropriate personnel to respond, follow up on vendor work
• Place and receive supply orders for office, maintenance, printer and special requests
• Code and process incoming invoices
• Building management and maintenance liaison for department
• Maintain all vendor Certificate of Insurance paperwork
• General administrative duties for department
• Project tracking for both corporate offices
• Reception coverage – answer phone, transfer calls
• Check-in guests
• Direct deliveries to appropriate locations
Qualifications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Administrative experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly and follow up upon completion
• Must speak clearly and articulately
• Strong command of the English language and polite phone etiquette
• Professional, personable and friendly demeanor
• College degree preferred
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer)
